The Oak Terrace PTO offers teachers an opportunity to apply for grants throughout the calendar school year.
How to Apply: Please fill out the adjacent form online. Your submission will be reviewed within 10 days of submission.
Notification & Reimbursement: A PTO executive board member will notify each teacher via email as to whether their grant was approved. Once approved, please send any receipts associated with the grant purchases to Jason Muelver, PTO Treasurer at otptotreasurer@gmail.com within 30 school days for payment or reimbursement.
